The simple rules for shopping with us.
Ordering
Add products to the cart, enter your details and place the order. You receive an order number and a link to your order page.
Payment
Payment is confirmed on Telegram. Message us with your order number and we reply with payment details. Orders are shipped once payment is received.
Delivery
We ship to Omniva parcel lockers in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Delivery is €3.50 and free on orders over €50. You get a tracking number when the parcel is on its way.
Prices and discounts
All prices are in euro. First-order, loyalty and code discounts are applied automatically at checkout; the highest one applies.
Cancellations
Unpaid orders can be cancelled any time by messaging us. Once a parcel has been shipped it cannot be recalled, but message us if anything arrives damaged and we will sort it out.
